About the RoleWe are looking for a Marketing Manager to partner with the Founder/CEO in shaping and executing our marketing plan. You will lead efforts across digital channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, Little Red Book) and offline activations (consumer fairs, exhibitions, sampling events), with a focus on brand building, community engagement, and driving top-line revenue growth.This is a strategic + execution role for someone who can independently manage campaigns, bring a data-driven approach, and translate customer insights into impactful marketing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.Own paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google) — from setup to optimization.Drive community engagement strategies, building active brand advocates.Manage end-to-end offline activations (planning, vendors, logistics, execution).Deliver clear analytics and performance reports, with recommendations for growth.Work cross-functionally with Sales/Operations to align promotions with revenue objectives.Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.KPIs for SuccessGrowth in brand awareness (engagement, followers, reach, PR mentions).Strong community participation and loyalty.Measurable impact on revenue growth through marketing-driven channels.What We’re Looking For4–6 years’ experience in digital and offline marketing.Proven track record running ads directly (Meta, TikTok, Google).Strong project management experience (events, campaigns, activations).Analytical skills to evaluate marketing effectiveness and ROI.Creative, brand-driven mindset with strong execution discipline.Comfortable working in a startup environment: resourceful, agile, and hands-on.Language: Proficiency in English (mandatory); Mandarin highly preferred to drive engagement on Little Red Book and with Mandarin-speaking communities.
