About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to lead the strategic and creative marketing initiatives for our perfume brand. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury or beauty marketing, a keen sense of brand storytelling, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the fragrance market.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & PositioningDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning in the fragrance market.Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — packaging, digital, retail, and PR.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.Product Launch & Campaign ManagementLead 360° marketing campaigns for new fragrance launches — including concept development, creative direction, and media planning.Collaborate with product development, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.Manage relationships with creative agencies, influencers, and media partners.Digital & Social Media MarketingOversee digital marketing initiatives across social media, website, and e-commerce platforms.Plan and monitor paid media campaigns to drive engagement and sales.Create storytelling-driven content strategies that reflect the brand’s identity and heritage.Retail & Trade MarketingSupport retail activations, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale materials to enhance customer experience.Partner with distributors and retail partners to drive brand visibility and performance.Analytics & Budget ManagementAnalyze campaign performance using KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring ROI-driven decisions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury goods.Strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, and influencer strategies.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Creative thinker with a passion for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling.Preferred SkillsExperience with CRM, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.Knowledge of fragrance trends and consumer behavior in the beauty/luxury sector.Bilingual (English and [other language]) preferred for global markets.
