You’ll work closely with senior leaders, so clarity, precision, and high standards are essential.What you will do• Build and optimise lifecycle marketing programs, including CRM automation and email campaigns • Deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility• Manage website performance, SEO, GEO, and CRO to improve traffic and conversion outcomes• Oversee paid digital channels, coordinating agencies or freelancers where required• Guide content and social distribution to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence• Own analytics and reporting across all marketing activity• Support broader brand, content, and customer experience initiatives across the organisationSkills and experience• 7–10 years in digital and campaign-driven marketing roles• Strong lifecycle and CRM marketing experience, ideally with a major marketing automation platform• Capability across paid media, SEO, GEO, content tools, and conversion optimisation• Strong project management skills and experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams• Clear communicator who works well with creatives, product specialists, and senior stakeholders• Full-stack experience across growth, product, and brand marketing• B2C background preferred, especially in sectors where trust, high-consideration decisions, or learning journeys matter• Ability to deliver at pace while maintaining high standards and consistency• Commercial judgement and comfort balancing performance with long-term brand building• Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into action• Collaborative and able to align and inspire teams in a busy environmentAttributes for success• Broad marketing skill set with a strong execution mindset• High attention to detail and analytical capability• Excited by brand building, growth, and continuous improvementSend your resume outlining your experience and why this role aligns with your next move.
