Join us on a mission to reshape the future!About the role:As a Marketing Operations Intern, you’ll be at the center of our marketing efforts - supporting merch creation, managing data collection and reporting, and helping to coordinate key projects and events across the team.Responsibilities:Company merch: Brainstorm fresh swag ideas, manage production and storage, and ensure everything aligns with our brandData collection & reporting: Gather data and maintain our internal and external analytics dashboardsProject support: Contribute to various high-impact marketing initiatives including social media, purchasing, video production, and employer brandingEvent coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of eventsWebsite management: Keep content up to date and ensure all functionalities run smoothlyRequirements:You are currently enrolled in the final year of studies in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, and available for a 6-month internship (starting in January/February)Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid digital skills: familiarity with tools such as Excel, WordPress, Google Analytics (or equivalents)Previous experience or coursework in marketing, market research, or project management (e.g., internships, class projects, volunteer roles)We're also looking for:Experience in a scale-up or startup environmentFamiliarity with marketing CRM toolsA structured, systematic way of thinking and strong organizational skillsHigh attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, and high quality standards on what you call a “finished” workAbility to work well with others and support diverse marketing projectsIntermediate French (a plus)Benefits:1 day off per monthMeal Vouchers with Swile50% Navigo reimbursementRecruitment Process:Hiring Manager Interview with Lelys (45 min)Technical Interview with the team (60 min)Fit Interview (30 min)Reference CheckResearch shows that women might feel hesitant to apply for this job if they don't match 100% of the job requirements listed.
