About the Role:We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager, an Ad campaigner expert to oversee and optimize our client campaigns, internal workflows, and overall lead generation processes. This is not an entry-level role; we’re looking for someone with proven experience managing operations within a marketing or lead-generation agency. You’ll serve as the key link between strategy and execution, ensuring that campaigns run smoothly, results are met, and the team works efficiently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities • Manage and oversee all client marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. • Lead strategy, performance, and optimization to ensure campaigns deliver consistent results. (Meta & Google) • Coordinate between creative, media buying, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery. • Develop and refine marketing processes to maximize lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI. • Maintain clear communication with clients, manage priorities, and ensure expectations are met. • Build, guide, and mentor a growing team of campaign managers, designers, and content specialists. Requirements • Proven experience managing a marketing or lead-generation agency. • Must be an expert in lead generation campaigns and performance marketing. • Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms — including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, funnels, and CRMs. • Experience leading teams of campaign managers, designers, creative strategists, and developers. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Leadership-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
