Marketing PR Manager – JapanAbout the Company We are a lifestyle beauty brand founded in Seoul in 2019. Centered around signature scents crafted from clean ingredients and compelling narratives, we create sensorial perfumes and aromatic body care products designed to awaken the senses and inspire inner rituals.Our collections are available both online and offline across South Korea, Europe, North America, Hong Kong, and Japan. From our Seoul headquarters and global branches, we are seeking talented individuals to help shape and elevate a distinctive, aesthetic brand experience.We believe in the power of honest, uncompromising products, inspiring messages, and thoughtfully crafted brand experiences.About Japan Operations The brand entered the Japanese market in 2022 and has grown steadily through partnerships with major select shops. In 2025, the first flagship store opened in Daikanyama, Tokyo, followed by a second directly operated store in Hankyu Umeda. We plan to further expand our footprint through additional retail locations and a strengthened online presence.Retail Presence in Japan: Direct stores in Daikanyama and Hankyu Umeda, plus 38 stockists including TOMORROWLAND, BIOTOP, H BEAUTY & YOUTH, and Isetan Men’s.Job Summary Lead the development and execution of the brand’s presence in Japan across all marketing functions—product marketing, creative, digital, PR, and omni-channel media. This role is critical in elevating brand awareness, deepening customer affinity, and shaping the future of the brand in the Japanese market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, PR, and retail channelsPlan, run, and analyze digital advertising campaigns (Instagram, Google Ads, etc.)Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and media partnersOversee community management and influencer programs aligned with brand goalsDrive strategies to grow brand awareness and customer acquisitionPlan and execute campaigns for new product launches and seasonal eventsManage and track marketing budgets for effective and impactful spendingCollaborate with HQ, retail, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand storytellingKey Requirements5+ years of web marketing and PR/communications experience3+ years of team management experienceBusiness-level English or Korean proficiencyProficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (intermediate level)Other Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higherRetail experience in cosmetics or fashion is welcomeStrong team playerHigh sense of initiative and willingness to build new systemsReporting Line General Manager (Collaboration with HQ’s CSO/CFO and Marketing & PR teams)Interview ProcessDocument screeningFirst interview (General Manager)Second interview (HQ CSO/CFO)Final interview (HQ CSO/CFO and Japan General Manager)OfferWorking ConditionsAnnual salary schemeIncentive programFull social insuranceTransportation allowance
