Will you be part of it?About The RoleAs part of Exotec's Marketing Team, you will play a central role in implementing our editorial and digital marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness, support business objectives, and drive engagement across all digital channels. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to create and distribute impactful content that resonates with our audience and reflects Exotec's innovative spirit.What You Will Be DoingEditorial Strategy & Content CreationSupport and apply Exotec's editorial strategy aligned with short- and long-term marketing objectives.Create and distribute compelling content: blog posts, videos, ebooks, email campaigns, brochures, social media posts, case studies, and customer testimonials.Develop scripts for interviews, short videos, and multimedia projects for internal and external audiences.Monitor industry trends and propose fresh, relevant content ideas tailored to the Japanese market.Digital Campaign ManagementMonitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.Analyze and manage digital acquisition channels such as Google Ads and social media advertising.Conduct keyword and SEO research to identify client needs and optimize content performance.Social Media & Community ManagementManage and grow Exotec's online community across social media platforms.Develop tailored content for each platform to increase engagement and brand visibility.Animate and engage the community through regular updates, interactions, and campaigns.Performance Tracking & ReportingMaintain and oversee the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.Consolidate performance data from campaigns and content efforts, providing actionable insights and reports to management.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with internal teams (design, product, sales, HR, etc.) to ensure consistent and high-quality content.Support the development and implementation of an effective content marketing strategy across departments.Requirements3+ years of experience in content creation or editorial management.Strong writing and storytelling skills, with attention to tone and brand voice.Fluent in Japanese and English (additional languages are a plus).Highly organized, creative, and data-driven, with a collaborative mindset.Skills That Will Help You ShineBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), and content management systems.Experience managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).If you don't meet every requirement but feel you have relevant skills or experience, we encourage you to apply.
