As growth specialists, our work explores marketing strategies as tools that engage, convert and perform to help businesses thrive in tomorrow’s world.Role outline and expectationsAs our Marketing Project Manager, we expect you to take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within the agreed timeline, scope, and budget, while maintaining constant communication with all key stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in shaping our internal workflows, with a strong focus on optimising our use of Asana to enhance visibility, efficiency, and cross-team collaboration. This role suits someone who thrives on structure, loves a good process, and wants to push the agency forward with a proactive attitude and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the agency's senior management team, you'll work closely with them, ensuring projects stay on track and the team is kept informed throughout.ResponsibilitiesManage projects independently from initiation through to completion, bringing clarity, pace and proactive direction, to ensure that all team members are aware of and working toward timelines and deliverables.Coordinate the team's daily/weekly efforts and ensure that they are well directed towards customer agreements, and satisfaction.Audit and improve our current use of Asana as a central project management tool to maximise its value for both internal and client-facing workstreams.Lead on the training, governance and best practice for the Asana platform.Identify and propose new systems, templates, and/or process improvements that enable the agency to scale effectively.Learn from previous projects to apply lessons to future requirements, improving delivery times and quality.Serve as the production expert on integrated marketing campaigns, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.Meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, adhering to brand guidelines, and client requests.Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.Influence the efficiency and quality of work, advocating for the agency/client relationship.Required skills & experience+ 5 years working as a project manager in a marketing agency or similar environment.+ 3 years managing projects in Asana, including custom workflows, templates, reporting dashboards, and cross-functional setup. +3 years of experience working with PPC and Paid Social campaign projects.Advanced level English (oral and written).Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, provide feedback, and collaborate with team members and clients.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, workflow tools, agile methodologies, and the flexibility to guide a diverse and dynamic team to deliver balanced integrated solutions.Ability to manage a large volume of projects, maintaining timelines, scope, and constant communication throughout the whole process.Ability to solve problems with a solution that works for all stakeholders without compromising the quality of the deliverables or the project.Possesses an in-depth understanding of project management techniques and brings process innovation in how we manage our day-to-day.A professional and approachable demeanour, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, highly matrixed agency environment.Excellent problem-solving skills; able to make judgments that demonstrate logical and creative thought.BenefitsSalary: £1,400 monthlyFully remote work mode24 working vacation days + UK banking daysBirthday offQuarterly reward systemEducational support availableLife at Studio 34We are an international performance marketing agency based in Tring, Hertfordshire, UK.
