Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Promotions Specialist located in Berlin, Germany, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Marketing Promotions Specialist will develop and execute marketing promotion strategies, oversee campaigns, and engage with customers to enhance brand visibility. Other responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and representing the company in promotional events to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.QualificationsStrong Communication and Public Relations skills to effectively convey brand messages and engage diverse audiences.Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to drive client satisfaction and meet promotional goals.Knowledge and experience in Sales & Marketing to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns successfully.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with the Berlin market and its customer base is an advantage.
