As the largest ticketing provider in the GCC, we proudly serve an extensive array of events across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait from our Dubai-based headquarters.About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Marketing Sales Account Manager to lead business development for our marketing services and manage key client accounts from onboarding through outboarding.In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing long-term client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns for event organizers, venues, and brand partners across the region.This position is ideal for someone who combines strong sales acumen with marketing expertise and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will work closely with our marketing operations, content, design, and advertising teams to plan and execute campaigns that drive ticket sales and deliver measurable results for our partners.Key Responsibilities:Drive business development by identifying, pitching, and closing marketing service opportunities with event organizers and partnersManage a portfolio of client accounts throughout the full lifecycle: onboarding, campaign planning, execution, reporting, and outboardingDevelop tailored marketing proposals, budget plans, and performance forecastsCollaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign deliverables, creatives, ad operations, and reportingMaintain strong client relationships with proactive communication, expectation management, and solution-oriented supportMonitor campaign performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, conversions) and recommend optimizationsProvide regular reporting, insights, and ROI-driven recommendations to clientsIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow existing accountsEnsure all campaigns follow efficient internal processes and align with Platinumlist's standards and best practicesRequirements3-5 years of experience in events, marketing account management, media sales, business development, or related fieldsStrong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google, CRM)Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful marketing campaignsExcellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skillsAbility to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable insightsStrong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environmentRelationship-driven approach with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in the events, entertainment, or ticketing industry is a plusProficiency in English; Arabic or Russian is an advantageNice to Have:Experience in managing performance-based marketing campaignsBackground in working with promoters/agenciesBenefitsBe part of the leading entertainment and ticketing brand in the GCC regionWork with a diverse portfolio of major events, concerts, festivals, and attractionsOpportunity to drive meaningful commercial impact through client partnerships and marketing solutionsCollaborative, supportive environment with room for growth and developmentHybrid-friendly workplace with a dynamic, multicultural team
