BMR Ventures is looking for Marketing & Sales Executive (B2B Specialist)Job Description / ResponsibilitySafa Alkaline Water (BMR Ventures) - is Urgently Hiring!Key Responsibilities:Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients (restaurants, hotels, caterers, cafés, clubs, etc.).Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing customers by ensuring excellent service.Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through effective sales strategies.Promote company products and ensure strong visibility in the HoReCa channel.Conduct client visits, product presentations, and promotional activities.Negotiate pricing, offers, and trade terms within company guidelines.Monitor competitor activities and market trends; provide regular feedback to management.Ensure timely order collection, delivery follow-up, and payment collection.Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing will be given preference.Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, FMCG Branding, HORECA Business, FMCG Sales MarketingSalesTeam Leading Team work.Experience Requirements1 to 5 year(s)Additional Requirements1 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales (preferably in HoReCa/FMCG).Required Skills & Competencies:Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.Customer service orientation and relationship management.Time management, organizational, and reporting skills.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.Team player with integrity and professionalism.Job LocationDhaka (GULSHAN 1)
