Role SummaryThe Marketing & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for creating, publishing, and managing content that strengthens JD’s brand presence, supports sales, and showcases our manufacturing and project delivery capabilities. This role is execution-focused: capturing photos/videos, posting content, managing social accounts, updating our online portfolio, and supporting the sales team with marketing assets.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Posting Capture and edit photos/videos of shop work, projects, installations, and completed signage. Create engaging posts for LinkedIn and Instagram (3–5 per week). Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with project delivery and sales activity. Produce basic graphics, templates, and branded visuals (Canva or similar tools).Project & Portfolio Documentation Build and manage a high-quality photo/video library. Update the website with new projects, case studies, and portfolio items. Coordinate with Project Delivery and Operations to collect assets from active jobs.Sales & Client Support Develop polished visuals, one-pagers, and case studies for major proposals. Support the sales team with presentation assets, RFP materials, and branded documents. Create visual “before and after” transformations and rollout summaries.Brand & Marketing Execution Ensure consistent use of templates, brand colors, typography, and visual standards. Maintain and modernize company social media profiles. Run basic LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting key decision-makers.RequirementsMust-Have Skills 1–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, digital content, or communications. Strong photography and basic video editing abilities. Proficiency with Canva (or equivalent). Strong writing skills; can create clean, concise, professional posts. Ability to manage deadlines and maintain consistent posting cadence. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Nice-to-Have Skills Experience maintaining company LinkedIn profiles. Experience in B2B or manufacturing environments. Basic understanding of branding and visual identity. Familiarity with WordPress or website portfolio tools.
