You’ll work cross-functionally with manufacturing and leadership teams to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and lead internal and external audits.🛠 Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all quality department activities and personnelDevelop and enforce quality standards, procedures, and metricsOversee audits, customer complaints, and corrective actionsMonitor site quality and food safety metrics, driving improvements as neededCollaborate with manufacturing to ensure product conformance and process controlRepresent the company in customer and supplier visits✅ What You Bring:BS degree (technical field preferred) and 5+ years in quality/manufacturing leadership, or 10+ years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, and GFSI standardsProven experience with audits, quality systems, and root cause analysisExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Teams, and Outlook🌟 Why Join Us?
