Marketing Specialist

Led by experienced local industry professionals, the firm focuses on providing high-quality, customised advisory services for families and professionals planning for Singapore study pathways, immigration options and long-term development.To support their next phase of growth, they are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive client acquisition, marketing campaigns and brand visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively reach out to potential clients, follow up enquiries and referrals, arrange meetings and work towards agreed personal sales targets.Conduct 1:1 consultations to understand client needs and introduce suitable service solutions and packages.Arrange and support client meetings and events, including reception, simple presentations and project follow-up.Maintain accurate client records and carry out regular follow-ups via phone and messaging (e.g. WhatsApp / WeChat) to drive sign-ups and referrals.Be responsible for short video content creation, including basic shooting and editing, to support online promotion and lead generation.Key RequirementsFull-time bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.Excellent English business communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.Sales-minded, willing to be on the frontline to support client acquisition and help achieve personal and team targets.Proficient in Microsoft Office / WPS; basic skills in short video shooting and editing (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere).Experience in the overseas education or immigration industry and familiarity with Singapore’s local policies and culture will be an advantage.Comfortable with flexible work arrangements and occasional business travel to China.How To ApplyInterested candidates, please submit your updated resume in MS WORD format to: yashan.ding@achievegroup.asia or WhatsApp Doris Ding 8925 1267 (EA Personnel Reg.
