In a minor parallel, the candidate should possess software business development experiences, inclusive of crafting commercial partnership strategy and designing / executing monetization tactics.If you see that this is the role for you, apply now!ResponsibilitiesPartner with Business Data and Growth Analyst to identify, onboard, and optimize growth partners and vendors performancesCreate new revenue driven commercial relationships and manages existing onesManage and coach assigned Partner Success Manager to structure new partnership proposals, develop implementation plans, and close dealsPre-RequisitesExpected Skills And ExperienceDegree in Business Administration, Economics, or MarketingExperience in managing mobile apps through the App Stores8+ years of working experience in business development, strategic partnership management with a B2B focus software sales; advertising and/or affiliate program sales preferredDeep knowledge in performance marketing and related areas such as campaign set up, channel and asset optimizationsExperience and proven track record in startup business management with P&L responsibilityExcellent interpersonal skills and entrepreneur mindsetStrong business acumen and analytical skills – Complex problem-solving skillsStrong personality with the ability to define ambiguity and comfortable to operate in multiple time zonesOutstanding written, oral and reading communication skills with EnglishAbility to travel up to 30%Preferred AttributesFluent in Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean, in both written and oral to work with the foreign counterpartsProven experience in managing projects under multiple time zonesMBA a plusAre you game?Are you game?
