Job Description

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensivemarketing strategies that align with the Group of Companies' goals. This includes creating,publishing, and managing engaging content across various marketing channels, such as socialmedia platforms, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns. The Specialist will monitor andrespond to user interactions, analyse marketing metrics to refine and improve strategies, andcollaborate with internal teams and external influencers to enhance marketing efforts.Additionally, they will conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, manageand optimise paid marketing campaigns, and ensure all marketing activities are consistentwith the brand's voice and guidelines. The role also involves coordinating and managingevents to promote the brand, developing strong public relations to enhance the company’simage, and utilising digital analytics tools to track and report on the performance ofmarketing campaigns and initiatives. ResponsibilitiesStrengthen our relationship with clients and company partnershipsPlan and execute campaigns and eventsTrack, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and eventsCreate online and offline marketing contentEmpower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive salesQualifications1-3 years' of marketing experienceBS/BA in Marketing or a related field of studyExcellent writing and communication skills
