Job DescriptionApplicaiton Deadline: November 10, 2025What is the opportunity?The Senior Manager, Pricing, Liquidity & Foreign Exchange Strategy, Caribbean Banking, plays a pivotal role within RBC Caribbean Banking’s Products team, reporting directly to the Director, Financing Products & Insurance. This role oversees the strategic management of liquidity, pricing and FX across Retail and Commercial segments, ensuring the achievement of business objectives, exceptional client experiences, and sustained high performance. The role will be responsible for developing a sustainable strategy to drive resilient margins aligned with business strategy whilst liaising with the Product Managers across Products, Marketing & Digital to ensure that the products are funded adequately and priced appropriately to the organization’s cost of funds and risk appetite / profile.What will you do?Develop and execute on the strategic direction of Pricing, Liquidity and FX products in the achievement of Caribbean Banking’s strategic priorities and to further enhance revenue contribution and profitability to the groupOversee the development and execution of pricing strategies for the assigned products and services to maximize revenue, optimize costs and grow target client segmentsIdentify opportunities and partner with colleagues across Treasury and Sales to increase RBC’s ability to capture Deposits and FX flows across all marketsMitigate risks associated with the business through development of the appropriate controls, policies and procedures, reporting, and ongoing enhancement of technology solutionsDrive prioritization of pricing, liquidity and FX initiatives based on market opportunities, competitive activity, and client needs in conjunction with local market RBC leaders.Align and collaborate with partners across RBC Caribbean Banking and Enterprise teamsLead the delivery of client focused programs and processes that deepen our client relationships and engender client loyaltyMonitor and evolve the KPI’s that help to contribute to business growth and support cross-product activities and strategies impacting Pricing, Liquidity and FX flows and revenueLead and/or contribute to key infrastructure initiatives that will modernize the FX and Deposits business, create cross-market synergies, enable capabilities to manage execution of deposit & FX activities, drive competitiveness, improve the technological platforms and its capabilities.
