Marketing Specialist (Project Management), Sponsorship Sports Football

Job purpose: Leads the planning of creative marketing campaign, oversee football (National team and Thai Premier League & Thai League fans) marketing communication and execution of projects. Implements projects from inception to completion, including developing monitoring project plans, milestone and deliverable planning, managing resources across marketing shared services for deliverables, facilitating project prioritization decisions and raising red flags as issues arise.What We Looking ForThink in campaigns, not just postsPassionate about the Premier League and Thai League footballConfident presenter and persuasive communicatorFast, flexible, and collaborative mindsetBackground in marketing or content is a strong plusSkillsDevelop and communicate a clear functional vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with leadership on key priorities and roadmaps to drive the team’s performance and contribution to the organization’s strategic objectives.Superior project management, communication, and organizational skills.Understanding of project management best practices.Proficient in the use of Microsoft project and all Office applications.A self-starter able to work collaboratively as well as independently.Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills are required with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure and multiple deadlines.Must have the ability to handle a large volume of projects, varying schedules in a deadline-drive environment.Ability to manage internal processes, communicate project needs and obtain results in an ever-changing environment.Forward thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Experience:3 years of marketing or project management, or equivalent experience, required.Sport marketing or marketing campaign experience preferred.Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field, required.
