Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with brand strategies and sales objectives across Modern Trade, E-commerce, General Trade and International business.Create and execute in-store activations, promotional campaigns, and point-of-sale (POS) materials to enhance brand visibility and sales.Analyze category trends, competitor activities, and shopper insights to optimize trade marketing initiatives.Work closely with the Sales team to drive sell-out growth and support key accounts in achieving their targets.Develop customized trade marketing plans tailored to each channel and key account’s specific needs.Monitor in-store execution and merchandising standards to ensure brand presence and visibility.Plan and execute consumer promotions, trade promotions, and special campaigns across different channels.Track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies accordingly.Work closely with the E-commerce team to drive online campaigns, including KOL/Influencer collaborations and digital activations.Manage the trade marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on promotional investments.Track, analyze, and report trade marketing performance using sales data, market share, and ROI analysis.Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in trade marketing activities.Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure trade marketing activities align with overall brand objectives.Liaise with the Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of trade promotions.Partner with Retailers, Merchandisers, and Distributors to strengthen brand positioning and category growth.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, retail execution, or channel development (FMCG experience preferred).Strong project management and analytical skills.Strong knowledge of modern trade, e-commerce, and general trade channels.Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams and external agencies.Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools.Willingness to travel frequently for store visits and audits.Proficiency in Thai and English.
