As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team and drive impactful initiatives that shape our market presence and strengthen consumer engagement.Job Summary: The Brand Director is responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of a licensed menswear brand with in-house manufacturing capabilities. The role oversees all aspects of brand management from product and marketing strategy to retail execution ensuring consistent brand identity, commercial success, and sustainable growth in the Thai market. The incumbent will drive brand rejuvenation, modernize its positioning to attract younger consumers, and strengthen performance across both offline and digital channels. Close collaboration with merchandising, retail operations, and factory teams is critical to ensure seamless integration between product innovation and market demand.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement brand strategy aligned with corporate goals and licensing requirements.Reposition the brand to appeal to new generations while maintaining its heritage value.Define mid- to long-term brand vision covering product portfolio, consumer segmentation, and channel mix.Lead annual business planning and manage brand-level P&L to ensure profitability and growth.Work closely with internal factory and merchandising teams to plan, design, and deliver seasonal assortments.Ensure product architecture, fabric innovation, and pricing are competitive within the men’s shirt and lifestyle market.Approve seasonal range plans, cost structures, and margin targets.Optimize inventory and sell-through via data-driven replenishment and open-to-buy management.Develop integrated marketing plans to reinforce brand visibility across all touchpoints (retail, social, digital, PR).Oversee campaign development, creative direction, media planning, and influencer collaborations.Partner with visual merchandising and retail operations to deliver cohesive in-store experiences.Analyze consumer insights and campaign ROI to drive continuous improvement.Strengthen existing distribution across department stores.Identify new channel opportunities including standalone boutiques, e-commerce, and corporate B2B.Negotiate with landlords and partners for prime retail spaces and promotional opportunities.Ensure consistent retail standards and optimize door performance across tiers.Partner with in-house production teams to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and maintain quality standards.Establish a seasonal product development calendar and drive cross-functional alignment from design to delivery.Support sustainability and waste reduction initiatives by maximizing material utilization and reworking slow-moving stock.Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team including Brand Managers, Assistant Brand Managers, and Visual/Marketing staff.Promote collaboration, performance accountability, and innovation culture.Develop talent pipeline and succession planning for key brand functions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in brand management or marketing within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle categories.Proven experience managing licensed brands and coordinating with factory or production teams.Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage P&L and retail operations.Solid understanding of brand positioning, product strategy, and consumer trends in the Thai market.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills (Thai and English).Data-driven, strategic, and creative with hands-on leadership style.Why Join Us?Be part of an established company with a trusted brand heritage.Work alongside passionate teams in a dynamic, fast-moving industry.Career development opportunities and attractive compensation package.Ready to shape the future with us?Please submit your updated CV to thunwisit.jar@icc.co.thWe look forward to hearing from you!
