This position focuses on developing data-driven social media strategies, conducting competitive intelligence, and planning comprehensive content calendars that drive engagement and support business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on planning capabilities, ensuring our marketing efforts stay innovative, competitive, and aligned with business goals. Responsibilities#1 Strategic Planning & Competitive IntelligenceMarket & Competitive Analysis: Conduct quarterly competitive audits to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in our market positioning. Analyze competitor social media strategies, content approaches, and campaign tactics to inform recommendations. Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and sales to develop and refine social media strategies and overall marketing approaches that support firm growth and client acquisition goals. Campaign Strategy: Develop 2-3 campaign strategies per quarter with clear objectives, target audiences, messaging themes, and KPIs. Create comprehensive campaign briefs for execution by the marketing team. Strategic Recommendations: Present monthly insights and recommendations to leadership based on performance data, competitive research, and industry trends. #2 Social Media Planning & Content StrategySocial Media Calendar Ownership: Create and maintain a detailed 90-day rolling social media content calendar, planning 1-3 months in advance. Develop content themes, identify key dates (birthdays, holidays, awareness days), and generate creative, out-of-the-box content ideas. TikTok Monetization Strategy: Monitor TikTok's Creator Rewards Program and algorithm preferences to identify content opportunities that drive monetization. Research trending formats, video lengths, and topics that TikTok is currently rewarding. Provide weekly or bi-weekly recommendations for content that aligns with monetization criteria to establish a steady revenue stream from the platform. Content Strategy: Research and identify high-performing content formats, topics, and approaches. Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to develop content concepts that align with strategic goals and audience preferences. Copywriting: Write compelling social media captions, ad copy, and promotional content that reflects the firm's brand voice and drives engagement. Platform Optimization: Test and refine posting strategies, including optimal timing, formats, hooks, and content types based on performance analytics. #3 Analytics & Performance TrackingPerformance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze social media performance across all platforms using analytics tools. Track engagement rates, content performance, and deeper engagement metrics (time spent, shares, saves). Monetization Tracking: Track TikTok monetization metrics including views, watch time, and revenue generation. Identify patterns in content that performs well for monetization and replicate successful approaches. Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain analytics dashboards that provide clear visibility into marketing performance and trends, including TikTok monetization revenue. Reporting: Prepare regular reports highlighting wins, areas for improvement, and actionable insights. Use data to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies. A/B Testing: Design and execute tests to optimize content performance and campaign effectiveness. #4 Design SupportLight Graphic Design: Create graphics for social media posts and campaigns when the Marketing Coordinator is focused on video production or other priority tasks. Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines. Design Tools Proficiency: Use design software to produce professional, on-brand visual content quickly and independently. You’re the ideal fit if you bring:Bilingual in Spanish & English proficiency.+2 years in marketing strategy, social media management, or related strategic roles.Experience in a similar role within an immigration law firm is highly preferred.Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their algorithms.Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling captions, ad copy, and promotional content that drives engagement and conversions. Strong background with analytics tools for reporting and dashboard creation.Proficiency with graphic design software is a plus (Canva Pro minimum).Technical RequirementsCandidates must have a laptop or desktop computer with 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above.Integrated external webcam for virtual meetings.Stable internet connection.What We OfferFull-time position of 40 hours per week100% RemoteMonday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ESTWeekends OffCompetitive salary12 Federal Holidays PTOPTO + Mental Health DaysApply now and be part of something meaningful.
