Job Description

About the team: The Group Marketplace team manages Grab's marketplaces across Southeast Asia. The team works with partners across multiple departments in Grab to build improvements through marketplace levers such as pricing, incentives and allocation. You will be part of the team that generates business insights and propose data-driven strategic plans to grow the transport business. About the Assignment: This role is for the Expansions Mobility marketplace, managing rollouts and BAU tasks and driving analyses and strategies leading to better fulfilment, efficiency and affordability. The Core Objectives: You will lead projects involving teams to improve metrics on all sides of the marketplace - You will propose new experiments and own end-to-end experimentation process including experiment design, rollout and analysis of results You will monitor daily marketplace metrics, investigate short-term anomalies and troubleshoot with the product team You will develop daily tactical solutions and longer-term strategic plans to improve marketplace dynamics You will work with different teams and departments to support goals and projects of Grab as a whole Essential Experience / Criteria: You have 1-2 years of relevant working experience with a focus on data analysis and project managementYou have graduated bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant fieldsExperience delivering clear, engaging presentations with proficiency in both Filipino and English Desirable Experience / Criteria: You can perform complex functions in Excel/Sheets with exposure to SQL or Python withthe ability to provide data-driven recommendations Location & Duration of the Assignment (in Weeks or Months): You will be based onsite at our Boeng Kak office with flexible work arrangements. Duration of the assignment is 12 months
