Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. As a Commercial Admin Supervisor, you will oversee and manage administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient commercial activities. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating administrative functions, supervising customer service operations, overseeing budgets, and preparing reports. You will also provide support to the commercial team, maintain excellent communication, and ensure smooth operations within the organization. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Budgeting to evaluate data, manage finances, and monitor expenses.Excellent Planning and Organizational skills for scheduling tasks and managing administrative operations efficiently.Leadership experience and the ability to supervise a team effectively.Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in commercial administration or a similar supervisory role is a plus.
