Job PurposeAccountable for managing Jin Zun Club to ensure service standards are delivered to guests and aligned with all relevant sections in the execution of service excellence for both internal and external customers.Duties And ResponsibilitiesEnsure Compliance to Rules and RegulationsEnsures compliance with all NagaWorld’s standards or relevant industry standards during all aspects of workEnsures all employees adherence to NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules, and Regulations at all timesGeneral Job FunctionsWelcomes and greets Jin Zun Club guests at the main entrance, assists with membership verification, card preparation, and provides efficient check-in serviceMaintains knowledge of all Nagaworld facilities, amenities, current programs, and promotions to assist guests and handle basic inquiries effectivelyGuides guests to halls and exit access points, courteously enforces Jin Zun Club hall regulations, and explains policies when necessarySecures guest records and profiles confidentially, properly files hotel folio records, and coordinates with Treasury, Front Office, and VIP Services for transaction verificationCoordinates guest arrangements including hotel, transport, and city tours, adapts promptly to last-minute changes, and reports incidents or issues to superiors immediatelySupports superior and relevant departments such as F&B outlets, ensures workstations remain clean and tidy, and submits daily reports for accurate encoding and filingRecords guest arrival and departure details, accurately relays messages to colleagues for proper handover, and ensures customer service programs exceed guest expectationsReviews and follows up on guest incident reports, attends training for performance development, and stays motivated to deliver positive resultsImplements health and safety hygiene standards for guests and subordinates to prevent health risks, applying measures as necessaryAny other tasks assignedQualificationsHigh School Graduate or equivalent education requiredDemonstrates strong understanding of VIP clients, the service market sector, and proven customer service skillsPossesses experience in hotel room management, customer service, and event activities that support business objectivesHas knowledge of the hotel operating environment, organizational structure, products, and servicesUnderstands cultural preferences of Asian and non-Asian VIP patrons and exhibits strong guest service orientationMinimum of 1 year of experience in room management, guest relations, or the hospitality industryProficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OutlookEnglish language proficiencyWorking ConditionsThis position may require extended working hours and may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Direct ReportsAny person(s) nominated by management.How To ApplyPlease submit CV, highlighting job position to careers@nagaworld.comTalent Acquisition – Group Human ResourcesNagaWorld® LimitedSamdech Techo Hun Sen Park, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.Follow us: Facebook / Telegram
