What challenges can you expect? Executive Support: Manage the General Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate bookings and travel arrangements. Review, prioritize, and follow up on incoming requests and communications. Draft and manage official correspondences, reports, and formal documentation. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and presentation materials when needed. Communication & Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between the General Manager and internal departments. Monitor internal communications, highlight priority matters, and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters. Coordinate cross-departmental administrative tasks and provide logistical support for key initiatives. Administrative Support:
Assist the sales team and other departments with administrative duties as needed. Track and support departmental requests, documentation, and internal reporting. Ensure all administrative processes follow company policy and are completed on time. Qualifications & ExperienceUAE National (mandatory)Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, or related field. Minimum 0–2 years of experience in executive or administrative support roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Experience in working with senior executives or in a cross-functional environment is a plus.
