The Master Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance product knowledge, employee skills, and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training sessions, creating educational materials, evaluating training outcomes, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align training goals with business objectives. Additionally, the Master Trainer will stay updated on industry trends and ensure the team is informed about the latest product advancements and best practices.QualificationsProvide training for store teams and distributor teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and service procedures.Create training materials such as PPTs, videos, manuals, etc.Follow up on training effectiveness, conduct assessments, and implement improvements.Assist the marketing department in executing promotional activities, including on-site implementation, material tracking, and social media content support.Collect market and competitor information and relay user feedback.Support event presentations, roadshows, and on-site atmosphere engagement.Maintain close communication with the sales team to ensure training content aligns with business needs.
