Job Title: Senior Capex & Fixed Asset AnalystDepartment: Financial PlanningKey Responsibilities:Close follow up of CAPEX projects with regional and headquarters office defense, and clarification of projects and approval follow upAccounting knowledge of fixed asset registration (i.e. additions and disposals) and follow up of this process approval.Executive Summary review and submission for approval for CAPEX projectsBudget compilation of CAPEX.Regional and Headquarter submission reporting Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in CAPEX planning, financial analysis, or asset management.Strong knowledge of fixed asset accounting and financial reporting standards.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas). Professional English is required
