Join our dynamic team as a GBE Buyer and take ownership of end-to-end sourcing for groundbreaking projects that make a difference.What You’ll Do:Boost Competitiveness: Collaborate cross-functionally to reduce costs and optimize BOMs, aligning with our strategic goals.Strategic Sourcing Partner: Influence commodity panel strategies and support supplier performance reviews and action plans.Lead NPI & VE/Resourcing: Own the supplier selection process for new product introductions and value engineering projects. Identify resourcing opportunities and drive cost-saving initiatives.Support Operations Excellence: Be the go-to interface for logistics, capacity, and quality issues. Negotiate chargebacks, implement mitigation plans, and support compliance and sustainability efforts.Build Strong Supplier Relationships: Act as a Key Supplier Contact (KSC) to foster long-term partnerships and continuous improvement.What We Need:Experience: Strong experience in negotiation at least 2-3 years, preferably in automotive industry.
