Services Consultant – Bilingual (EN & FR)Job DescriptionLocation: This position is to work in Mauritius and in an hybrid mode between Working From Office and Working From Home.About the opportunityThe Service Consultant role is aligned to a North American Eastern Standard Time and requires a night shift in Mauritius. The Consultant is responsible for providing guidance on the implementation of Dayforce core modules (WFM, Payroll and/or Benefits) for new or existing customers adding a new Dayforce core module. The consultant uses reliable, repeatable, and quality implementation practices to come up with the optimal solution, satisfying the customer’s need. The Consultant works closely with the Project Manager for Implementation projects to plan the project and identify critical dependencies.This role does NOT develop code.What will be expected from youDocument and validate customer’s business requirementsConduct consulting sessions with the customer and document with meeting minutesProvide guidance and best practices to the customer on Dayforce core modules (WFM, Payroll and/or Benefits) to meet customer’s documented requirementsTest and implement solutions for customersAttend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverablesMaintain accurate and timely updates within the project tracking, time tracking and customer billing systemBe a “go-to” resource for specific Dayforce core modules’ areas for internal and external usersComplete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product releaseSkills and Experiences that We Trust and ValueAbility to form great customer relationshipsAbility to consult customer on business needsAbility to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage priorities accordinglyExcellent organization, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPrior functional experience with Dayforce HCM would be an assetPrior consultative experience with employee data integration or HCM softwareProficient in Microsoft Office productsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or any IT related field3-5 years’ of HCM consulting experience with an HCM software provider preferably with a focus on Dayforce core modules (WFM, Payroll and/or Benefits)Excellent English and French, written and spoken is requiredAnalytical thinking is requiredExcellent documentation skillsSuperior customer support experienceExperience working with North American clients and vendors a benefit
