Let's partner together to support your sustainability journey.Duration: 3-6 months; full-time preferredRole overview: We are seeking a high-caliber Strategy Intern (MBA) to join our team in Singapore. You’ll work closely with senior leadership on business-critical initiatives spanning investor relations, strategic planning, market analysis, and new growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive): Strategic Planning & Market IntelligenceContribute to medium-term strategic plan and business model, for validation by company leadership and shareholderConduct market research, policy analysis, and competitive benchmarking across key geographies and technologiesMonitor and analyze trends in renewables, capital markets, and the regulatory environment Investment Decisions & Investor RelationsSupport approval of critical investment decisions, by preparing relevant materials and analyses for investment committeesHelp track and analyse asset portfolio performance, financial metrics, and operational KPIsAssist in developing internal dashboards and strategic reporting tools Strategic Initiatives & Special ProjectsSupport the assessment of emerging growth areas and differentiation opportunities, including energy storage and AI/data-driven solutionsDevelop board-ready materials for new business cases and inorganic growth projectsConduct due diligence and analysis around exit opportunities and fund raising, and synthesise insights for leadership to make decisionsKey qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or similar graduate degree Strong background in strategy, consulting, finance, or corporate development Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; fluency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce clear, concise, executive-level materials Independent, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment Passion for clean energy, climate solutions, and impactful businessWhy join us Direct exposure to the strategic and financial decision-making at a leading renewables developer Experience working on investor relations, innovation, and growth strategy Mentorship from a seasoned leadership team and access to a high-performing network across energy and finance A springboard into a career in clean energy, infrastructure investing, or high-growth businesses
