We provide on-site antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care with emphasis on safe deliveries and emergency obstetric interventions.RoleResident Medical Officer (RMO) – Obstetrics & Gynaecology focus (On-site, Bhilwara, Rajasthan).Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical assessment and continuous management of antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal patients in the labour room and wards.Conduct and manage normal vaginal deliveries and assisted deliveries; perform episiotomy repair and primary suturing as required.Assist obstetricians during caesarean sections and support peri-operative care for surgical patients.Recognise and manage obstetric emergencies (PPH, eclampsia, obstructed labour); initiate stabilization and escalate per protocol.Document clinical findings, treatment plans and outcomes accurately in patient records and maintain handover logs for night/day shifts.Collaborate with nursing staff, anaesthesia, lab and paediatric teams to ensure coordinated, timely maternal and neonatal care; participate in audits and protocol adherence activities.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveMBBS, BAMS or BHMS with valid registration to practice in India.Minimum 2–4 years clinical experience with hands-on exposure to labour room and obstetric care.Strong practical experience in conducting deliveries and managing common gynaecological procedures in a busy clinical setting.Certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred at joining.Familiarity with emergency obstetric protocols, infection control and documentation standards.Willingness to work on-site in Bhilwara with shift flexibility (including night duties).PreferredAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.Prior experience in district or secondary care hospitals serving similar patient volumes.Basic training in obstetric ultrasound or family planning procedures (IUCD insertion).Benefits & Culture HighlightsStructured clinical team with clear protocols and supportive nursing staff — opportunity to practice hands-on obstetric care.On-site role with predictable roster and scope for professional development in maternal & neonatal care.Competitive salary and performance-linked incentives based on experience and outcomes.To apply: candidates with the required clinical background and proven labour room experience are encouraged to apply for this on-site RMO opportunity in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.Skills: coordinated,basic,clear,assessment,conducting,advanced,adherence,protocol,life support,deliveries
