Job Description

Provide visible and active leadership in delivering excellent Quality, Operational, and Reliability results related to our MBSE tools and processesImplement Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) requirements to maintain compliance across all applicable MBSE Suites, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of all compliance systemsManage training processes in Finished Products, aligning them with the goals and directions of MDA (Missile Defense Agency) and the MBSE Suites of toolsDevelop and maintain documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, and comprehensive training materialsCollaborate with project teams to understand the data model structure of current processes and develop methods to incorporate these models into reusable MBSE standard model(s)Contribute to the evolution and standardization of our MBSE environmentSupport engagement processes to ensure end-users feel empowered with the process and tool usageProactively seek feedback and implement improvements to enhance user experience and satisfactionEngage with project teams to outline onboarding and rollout plans for new projects and tool implementationsDefine delivery schedules, identify training needs, and assess the impact on the current MBSE tools infrastructureDemonstrate a willingness to seek out and implement best practices by collaborating with internal teams and leveraging external vendorsContinuously evaluate and improve our MBSE processes and tools Design reports and metrics from the MBSE tools to assist with documentation and compliance effortsProvide data-driven insights to improve process efficiency and effectivenessOther duties as assignedRequirementsEducation/Training:Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline preferredMust have, or obtain within 3 months of start date, a current IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE)Experience12+ years of general (full-time) work experience5+ years of directly related work experienceExperience managing technical support for both back-end and front-end components of an MBSE SuiteExperience coordinating with and managing external vendors related to the MBSE Suite to IBM, Dassault, Sodius, and Atlassian SecurityMust be a US citizenCandidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret ClearancePhysical RequirementsAble to occasionally reach with hands and armsProlonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a deskAdhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a timeBenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWellness ResourcesSalary: $130,000 - 180,000Salary rates for this position are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards.
