We serve national and international brands within the home/design, architecture, luxury, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle categories. We merge the senior-level sophistication of a large agency with the intimate approach and entrepreneurial spirit of a boutique agency, all while serving as a true partner to our clients and an extension of their internal teams. DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Health, Wellness & BeautyDirector of Account Management: Health, Wellness & BeautyThe Director of Account Management will lead the agency’s largest client portfolio, working closely with the Managing Director, CEO, and Founder. This role requires a strategic leader who is both a self-starter and a team player, capable of driving results while managing and motivating teams.The ideal candidate must be comfortable overseeing and executing across traditional and digital marketing, public relations, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, brand events, and digital activations. They should be solutions-oriented, innovative, and able to think outside the box to drive growth. Strong client relationship skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to provide high-level strategic insights while ensuring seamless execution are essential. This is an opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing agency and dynamic team.The Director of Account Management at IHC Agency is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the client account management function to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, client satisfaction and client retention. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, team mentorship, client relationship-building, and a focus on delivering exceptional results for existing accounts and growth for the client on social, sales and helping them build brand awareness. This role will also oversee a team that includes a Director of Account Management, Account Manager and an Associate Manager and collaborate with the Director of Social Media & Director of Public Relations to coordinate digital marketing, PR, Influencer and Partnership efforts by managing timelines, agreements and client relations. In digital marketing areas, the successful candidate will be a well-rounded online marketer who is both creative and analytical. A digital marketing native who understands the latest viral trends and themes on TikTok and Instagram for social media and best practices for email marketing and paid digital advertising. Have extensive knowledge of the digital ecosystem and be able to implement digital marketing strategies that cause increased sales. Role & ResponsibilitiesLeadership:Ensure that team, agency, and client deadlines are met and all your accounts are being managed in a timely manner; weekly check in with your team to insure that client KPIs are on track and we are hitting agency targets for each clientProfessionally communicate across the team and with the client regarding changes to client deadlines and deliverablesEffectively lead your team to create client wins and meet and exceed client KPI’sAlways Be Ready to Help – provide generous pointers and/or tips to help and guide your team membersBe A Problem-Solver – Your team leader may be working on solving problems, but there is no reason why you can’t offer solutions yourself. Be a beacon of leadership for the client and the agency teamClient Satisfaction:Prioritize meeting and exceeding client KPIsEnsure Influencer KPIs are met for each accountEnsure Event KPIs are met for each accountEnsure client meeting follow-up notes are sent after client agency calls - no longer than 24 hours after callConduct client satisfaction surveys or leverage conversations to ensure the client is happy with the work and team (you can even create a scorecard for this and create a measurable number to meet)Digital:Independently direct digital projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholdersOversee the team in creating strategic social media & digital marketing strategies to appropriately position clients within their respective verticals, while working to introduce them to new audiences with impactful direction and a vision to followWork closely with the Agency CEO & Director of Social Media to insure that the digital marketing efforts are consistently hitting the mark with trending content creation, organic growth and community engagementWork closely with the social and account management leads to monitor and interpret digital analytics, make recommendations for improvements as neededApprove the digital marketing reports and analyses for feedbackSocial: Define and ensure that the social team is implementing social media strategies, working alongside and managing the Director/Account Executives/Coordinators to ensure inspiring content is produced, on both a weekly and project basis; including the targeting and positioning of brand(s), platform selection (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X) and engagement tacticsOversee the execution and manage branded content for multiple platforms from idea to campaign deliverables, from presale to postAlways push the team to create opportunities and work to amplify content and campaigns for clients accounts across digital networks through partnerships and syndicationStrategize alongside the IHC team social media plans to build narrative to support the announcement of significant brand moments such as major partnerships or new ambassadors Oversee and provide direction and guidance for the to team in creating digital strategy alongside IHC Team including giveaways, challenges, takeovers, testimonials, partnerships, live classes, etc.Provide strategic advisement based on results to clients on a regular basis on how to improve their social platforms, to achieve their marketing goalsProgramming & Events:Build, manage and execute project and event timelines for clientsCirculate upcoming projects & events with Social & PR teams to create a digital 360 strategyLead the team that is coordinating and sourcing vendorsLead the team that is tracking the billing, expenses and timelineLead the team that is conceptualizing projects and troubleshoot where needed  Lead the team that is building the guest/influencer lists with CEO and Director of PR; invite appropriate attendees and track responses with support of team Qualifications 10+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital strategy, or brand marketing, preferably in an agency setting.Proven success managing high-profile beauty, wellness, or health brands across multiple marketing mediumsStrong leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and scaling account management teams.Deep understanding of social media trends, content strategy, influencer marketing, and paid media.Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build, sustain, and grow relationships.Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and ROI analysis.Generates innovative and exciting ideas for client Sets goals, monitors and reviews plans, and prioritize tasks effectivelyAccomplishes tasks accurately and thoroughly with strong follow-up skillsTakes ownership of specific projects without supervisionLead accounts with integrity and strong work ethic, being mindful of deadlines and planning ahead Exceptional problem-resolution skills, including the ability to think creatively and outside the boxAbility to work in a team environment and actively engage both colleagues and clients in open communicationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, works well under pressure to meet deadlinesRequirements The candidate will need to provide two references, examples of client management experience in social media, partnership and event executionAgency experience requiredBackground overseeing 6-7 accounts at a time Work closely with the agency CEO & Founder in regards to the health and wellness portfolioBackground in overseeing digital marketing, public relations, events and partnerships in the health, wellness and beauty industriesJob Type: Full TimeSchedule:IHC business hours 9am-5:30pm with additional work may be required outside these hours. Weekend availability as needed for client events and programmingWork Location: Hybrid (Office based in Wynwood Miami FL) Compensation: Salary Apply at Careers@ihcagency.com
