Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an MCN Creator Manager at Social Bread Indonesia. The role is located in Biomedical Campus, BSD.Job Descriptions:Coordinate daily communication and workflow with creatorsTrack and analyze creator performance on TikTok, including GMV, to provide regular feedback and growth recommendationsSupport creators with strategic input on content planning, campaign briefings, and performance improvementConduct regular check-ins with top-performing creators to maintain strong relationshipsCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., MCN Manager, Business Development) to support brand collaboration needs when necessaryQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldExperienced as a Creator Manager/KOL SpecialistProven experience and deep knowledge in MCN, TAP, and TSP (min. 1 year)Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate insights for improvement strategy
