Here we also encourage authenticity and fun to fully embrace being human in a driven and result focused environment to make things happen and ensure the dream becomes a reality.With an office located in the bustling Blok M area, our Jakarta office is easily accessible by public transport and surrounded by a wide array of trendy eateries, creating an ideal environment for work-life balance and convenience.Come enjoy the journey with us and become a Cove Superstar!Job Title: Senior Social Media AssociateJob Type: Full-TimeReports To: Marketing ManagerLocation: Jakarta (Hybrid work arrangement)What You’ll Be DoingWork closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic content plans across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to maximize brand visibility and engagement.Collaborate within a dynamic environment across cross-functional teams, including creative, performance marketing, marcomm, operational, project and transformation to maintain brand consistency and deliver cohesive social media initiatives.Lead end-to-end KOL activation efforts, including talent scouting, negotiation, briefing, SOW alignment, room reservation and preparation, content review, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure effective influencer-driven outcomes.Oversee organic social media calendars for Instagram and TikTok, including concepting, scripting, and managing the video production process—from shooting coordination to hands-on video editing and publishing.Drive alignment with the performance marketing team by syncing organic content pillars, creative directions, messaging angles, and audience insights to optimize paid campaign performance.Identify, assess, and manage social media partnerships with relevant brands, communities, and creators that strengthen Cove’s positioning and audience reach.Monitor and analyze weekly channel performance, providing comprehensive insights, benchmarks, and actionable recommendations to improve content effectiveness and audience growth across all platforms.Ensure high-quality brand presence and smooth customer journey touchpoints across social channels, including comment moderation, community engagement, and sentiment insights.Stay on top of social media trends, platform updates, and competitor landscape to proactively propose new content angles, formats, and campaigns relevant to the co-living audience.What Makes You a Great FitBachelor’s degree from any major in a reputable university;Preferably with more than 2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Communications within hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, or fast-paced start-up environments.Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok channels end-to-end, including content planning, on-site production, video editing, and publishing.Demonstrated track record in managing KOL activations or influencer campaigns, from talent selection to contract alignment and performance reporting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative, ads, partnerships, and operational teams.Hands-on skills in video editing and basic graphic design; familiarity with mobile editing tools such as CapCut and/or VN (Adobe Express is a plus).Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar) to analyze data and extract actionable insights.Proactive, fast learner, and highly adaptable—capable of working independently while managing multiple projects at once.Strong understanding of the customer journey on social media, including community management, sentiment analysis, and engagement strategies.Adequate knowledge of the co-living industry landscape in Greater Jakarta, Bali, and Bandung, with an affinity for urban lifestyle, culture, and youth trends.Exceptional project ownership with an analytical mindset and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Creative mindset with strong storytelling and copywriting abilities tailored for short-form content.Native-level Bahasa Indonesia; fluent in English both verbal and written.
