Now, we’re looking for talented professionals to help us reach the next level of growth.Role DescriptionRespond to inbound inquiries and deliver exceptional sales supportCollaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate quotations and proposalsLead B2B sales initiatives and close new business opportunitiesProspect and qualify new leads through strategic outreachBuild and nurture long-term relationships with QA/QC Managers, Lab Supervisors, and EngineersRepresent a broad portfolio of laboratory equipment, testing machines, and climatic chambersDrive market awareness through relationship-building and consistent engagementQualifications1–2 years of experience in B2B or technical salesStrong command of English and Bahasa, written and spoken.Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Materials EngineeringFamiliarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)Sales training or certification is an added advantageEnergetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environmentsComfortable working remotely with international teamsCompensationCompetitive base salary + uncapped commissionFull remote flexibility – work from anywhere in your regionBe part of a global team driving innovation in quality control and testing technology
