Essential Duties And Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on the machinery and building, as needed Must know and understand the emergency procedures in the event of equipment failure Repair equipment as needed due to breakdowns Responsible for overseeing maintenance of the facility and all equipment. Must work closely with production to ensure that all product is produced in a timely manner with the highest food safety and quality standards Proficient in electrical, mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic work and troubleshooting.
