It's a place to celebrate, explore, exchange ideas, and discover a new dimension of luxury that resonates with emotions as gracefully as the Raffles name itself.Job DescriptionPURPOSE OF POSITIONTo utilize education and experience in the efficient operation, maintenance andrepair of the physical plant, structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures, andfurnishings for the hotel facility and associated buildings.Key Roles & Responsibilities You are required to work a 48 hours per week You are required to take 15 minutes breakfast half an hour for lunch each day at the Staffcanteen 15 minutes tea break half an hour for dinner You are required to take proper care of all material and tool Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipmentbreakdowns Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings Training co-workers on the safe and efficient use of mechanical machinery and equipment Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations Install, maintain, and repair generator systems and components Inspect and troubleshoot generator systems and components Test and adjust generator systems and components Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of generator systems and components Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and other issues with generator systems and components Monitor generator performance and report any issues Install, maintain, and repair generator systems and components Inspect and troubleshoot generator systems and components Test and adjust generator systems and components Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of generator systems and components Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and other issues with generator systems and components Monitor generator performance and report any issues Responsible for complete PPM, break down maintenance, repair works and corrective worksof all buggies To make sure that all buggy units are serviced as per the recommendations of themanufacturers O/M manuals Ensures the application and the execution of good preventive maintenance for relatedmachineries. Directly responsible for their smooth operation of buggies Is responsible for the maintenance of interior and exterior of buggies Timely updates the preventive maintenance program Is responsible for ordering and stocking of spare parts for continuous operation of buggies,cycles and electric scooters Maintains the cleanliness of the work place and ensures the self and environmental safety. To make sure at all times that buggies, are fully roadworthy and that any defect is reportedand rectified To ensure that all communications to external departments or entities is conducted in aprofessional and timely manner Complete all planned maintenance reports and spare part ordering to maintain equipmentto first class operating condition.
