ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers for their use of engineering design softwareAssist customers with equipment, piping, and support modeling using 3D design tools.Interpret P&IDs, isometrics, GA drawings, data sheets, and plot plans.Deliver on-site or remote training, software setup, process mapping, and consulting.Collaborate with clients to identify workflow challenges and propose effective software-based solutions.Document and escalate complex issues to product support teams when required.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.1–3 years of experience in mechanical engineering design or support.Understanding of equipment/piping modeling, isometrics, GA drawings, and basic pipe stress analysis.Experience with PV-Elite, TANK, Caesar II, AutoCAD 3D, or similar 3D modeling tools (optional, but provides an advantage).Familiarity with ASME and API piping standards.Basic knowledge of software installation and setup.Problem-solving and interpersonal skillsProficiency in spoken and written English.Working hour: Monday - Friday (08.00 AM – 05.00 PM)Benefit-Happy Friday -Provident Fund -Social security -Health insurance -Flexible benefits - Annual bonus -Annual trip or party-Funeral payment support -Long year service -Snacks And Drinks -Birthday leave -Vacation leave -Business leave -Paternity Leave -Marry Leave -Bereavement Leave -Medical Leave for Gender Reassignment Surgery
