Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Maintain rotating/static equipment: pumps, compressors, turbines, valves, piping, heat exchangers, etc.Troubleshoot mechanical faults to minimize equipment downtime.Implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs (RCM, vibration analysis, thermography).Ensure compliance with mechanical standards (API, ASME, ISO).Conduct inspections, testing, and equipment performance evaluations.Prepare shutdown plans, maintenance schedules, and technical reports.Coordinate with operations, electrical, and instrumentation teams.Support upgrades, overhauls, and facility modification projects.Perform RCA for frequent failures and implement corrective actions.Manage mechanical spare parts and vendor coordination.Guide and support junior mechanical personnel.
