Kirri is an Australian scent brand rooted in intentional living, minimal design, and emotional luxury. We’re growing quickly across Australia and globally, and we’re looking for a hands-on Media Assistant to shape how our brand looks, feels, and sounds across all channels.We’re looking for someone experienced in photo + video production, with a strong visual eye, refined aesthetic taste, and the technical skill to execute fast.What You’ll Be DoingProduction: Lead and execute content shoots (photo + video) across campaigns, social, lifestyle, and product stories.Lighting: Set up and manage lighting, camera, and sound for in-house and on-location shoots.Editing: Own full post-production across Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.Social: Cut high-performing social content: Reels, TikTok, paid ads, founder content, behind-the-scenes.Concepting: Work with Marketing to storyboard concepts and shape visual storytelling direction.Delivery: Prepare final creative assets for Shopify, EDMs, Meta ads, TikTok ads, website and brand campaigns.Brand: Maintain and evolve Kirri’s visual identity, tonal direction, rhythm, and aesthetic consistency.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 2+ years in media production, content creation, creative studio, agency, or brand side.Software: Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Illustrator, and Photoshop (After Effects a bonus).Technical: Confident with studio and natural light, lenses, color grading, and audio basics.Direction: Ability to guide talent, stylists, and small crews with confidence and calmness.Speed: Fast, efficient editor who maintains aesthetic quality under quick turnarounds.Taste: A strong visual eye for tone, composition, modern interiors, and intentional minimalism.Autonomy: Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and bringing solutions.Nice To HaveExperience with scent, beauty, lifestyle, furniture, or interior brands.Familiarity with paid ad content (Meta + TikTok performance creatives).Interest in storytelling, sensory branding, mood-making.What You’ll GetWork directly with the core brand and creative team.Flexibility: 3 days/week, hybrid work.A say in creative direction, tone, and brand identity.A calm, intentional, design-led environment—not agency chaos.Real creative ownership.How to ApplySend your portfolio (Reels, TikTok, campaigns, lookbooks, or paid ad creatives ideally) to: ranjenee@houseofkirri.comInclude 3–5 examples of work you believe best represents your aesthetic + technical strengths.
