They support brands in scaling internationally through data-driven creative strategies and advanced campaign optimization.With a team of 250+ specialists across multiple regions in Europe and North America, the company is building a fast-paced, analytics-driven performance culture.They are now seeking a Media Lead - a programmatic and display marketing expert who will build the media infrastructure from scratch, launch pilot campaigns, and set the foundation for scalable, data-driven growth.What You Will DoLead the setup and execution of programmatic & display campaigns across DSPs (DV360, StackAdapt, RTB House, etc.).Build the performance infrastructure—tracking, attribution, reporting, fraud protection, and viewability standards.Test new formats, audiences, and placements to drive measurable growth.Collaborate closely with Performance, Creative, Data, and Product teams.Standardize how media is measured across markets.Continuously optimise spend, audience strategy, and platform mix.Stay on top of AdTech trends, tools, and innovations.What We’re Looking For4+ years of experience in display, programmatic, or paid media.Hands-on experience with DSP/SSP platforms and large-scale campaign execution.Solid understanding of ad-serving, viewability, fraud prevention, tracking, and attribution models.Experience with analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Looker, Power BI, Tableau is a plus).Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment.Professional level of English.What’s In It for YouA rare opportunity to build a media function from scratch and directly shape strategy.Global exposure and cross-market collaboration.Flexible working arrangement – remote or hybrid options available (Prague / Warsaw offices).Competitive salary plus performance-based bonus.Flexible starting time (between 9:00–11:00 CET).Support for professional development, certifications, and continuous learning.High-impact role within a company experiencing rapid international growth.If you want to work in a data-driven, international media environment and enjoy building systems rather than only running campaigns, this role is an excellent next step.
