REPORTING:The Media Manager reports directly to the VP, Media. The Media Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing multiple clients’ media campaigns—from planning and budgeting to execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting. This role requires deep expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Social and Programmatic advertising, coupled with strong client-facing and team leadership skills.You will act as the day-to-day client liaison, ensuring campaigns deliver against business goals while upholding our agency’s values and pillars. The Media Manager partners closely with the VP, Media, who provides ongoing mentorship, training, and professional development.REQUIREMENTS4+ years of agency experience managing and leading digital media campaigns across performance and branding objectives.Hands-on SEM expertise (Google Ads) is a must.Strong knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, and other reporting/analytics tools across media channels.Proven experience in client-facing presentations and account management.Proficiency in campaign budgeting, financial reconciliation, and billing processes.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with occasional after-hours work to meet client deadlines. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES  Lead digital media activities (SEM, Social, Display, Video, Audio, DOOH) for assigned clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, presentations, and reporting.  Oversee campaign setup, execution, and optimization to achieve performance and branding objectives.  Generate estimates in Clients & Profits or Bionic, and manage client media billing, budget controls, and financial reconciliations.  Upsell and cross-sell services by identifying opportunities for incremental budgets aligned with client goals.  Utilize research tools (e.g., Vividata) to explore audience segments and support media rationalization. Provide strategic POVs, data-driven recommendations, and post-campaign analysis. Support training and development of junior media staff while learning from senior leadership.Additional Details: This position may occasionally require work outside regular business hours to meet client deadlines.
