With bold expansion plans ahead, the future at IMGadgets is full of opportunity, growth, and limitless possibilities.We’re hiring a Social Media Coordinator who can help shape how customers feel about IMGadgets as a brand—who we are, what we value, and why our products matter in their lives.This role is about storytelling, customer connection, and building a brand people want to follow, interact with, and root for.You’ll create content across social, blogs, events, and creator collaborations to show our culture, team, categories, and future product expansions. The ideal candidate is creative, thoughtful, and passionate about building emotional connection through content. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Storytelling & Content CreationProduce frequent content across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and emerging platforms that reflect IMGadgets’ values, culture, and innovation.Create short-form videos, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes clips, and product insights that bring personality and warmth to the brand.Manage a content calendar aligned with category themes (i.e., e-mobility, fitness, home living), seasonal opportunities, and brand storytelling.Capture authentic, real-world content featuring our team, customers, events, and company culture.Blog & Written ContentWrite blog posts that educate, inspire, and build trust—covering safety, lifestyle tips, buying guides, community stories, and category expansions.Repurpose blog content for social formats, reels, and carousels.Community EngagementBuild genuine relationships with customers through comments, DMs, tags, and mentions.Respond with a friendly, authentic brand voice that reflects our customer-first values.Highlight UGC and customer stories to deepen brand credibility.Influencer & Creator Collaboration (Support + Brand Pipeline)Support the existing influencer program lead while developing a brand-focused creator pipeline that aligns with IMGadgets’ tone, community, and values.Work with micro-influencers, lifestyle creators, everyday riders, and passionate category communities to produce meaningful content.Coordinate outreach, communication, product seeding, approvals, and performance tracking.Marketplace-Supportive Brand ContentTurn marketplace success into engaging brand stories, including:Ratings & review highlightsCustomer testimonialsCategory launches & growthSeasonal promotions and milestonesCoordinate with the marketplace sales team to ensure alignment.Community Events & Seasonal StorytellingSupport and capture content at category-specific community events.Examples: E-mobility activations at local auto shows, fitness challenges, home-living pop-ups, product demos, seasonal showcases, etc.Produce event recaps, interviews, highlight reels, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.Integrate event content into social, blog, and creator strategies to strengthen brand community.Analytics & OptimizationTrack engagement, reach, sentiment, website traffic, and creator performance.Provide insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness and brand connection.Explore new trends, formats, and creative approaches to storytelling. Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, blogging, or digital marketing.Strong writing ability with a talent for emotional and authentic storytelling.Skilled in short-form editing tools.Comfortable filming independently with mobile tools.Organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple initiatives.Bonus: Influencer coordination, event coverage, or experience with lifestyle brands.
