Media Planning Executive in Gurgaon

As a media planning executive, you’ll assist the senior media planner in day-to-day campaign operations- from influencer outreach and costing to record-keeping and payment tracking. You’ll be the bridge between our internal teams, influencers, and finance- ensuring every project runs smoothly, transparently, and efficiently.Key Responsibilities Support the senior media planner in managing influencer and social media campaigns. Conduct influencer outreach and profiling based on campaign briefs and target audiences. Prepare quotations, cost sheets, markups, and proposals for brand campaigns. Coordinate with media vendors and their teams for negotiations, approvals, and deliverables. Maintain accurate records and data for campaign budgets, spends, and sales performance. Oversee POs, estimates, and invoicing processes, ensuring all campaign documentation is in order. Track payment statuses, pending amounts, and reconciliations in structured Excel sheets. Maintain comprehensive sales and performance reports for internal tracking.
