Position ImpactThe Media Planning Executive will be responsible for media planning for assigned brands from our Toys brand portfolio which includes X-Shot, Bunch O Balloons, and Mini Brands, etc. Our activity runs on TikTok, YouTube and Meta alongside other digital platforms, and we are excited to explore more opportunities within retail, programmatic and more. We have fantastic relationships with tech partners, insights partners and inventory suppliers, and you will need to be able to leverage those.You will help to build the pathway for ZURU Toys’ best-in-class planning, including the development and implementation of new processes and audience frameworks. The business is moving towards Future Demand planning, so a passion for building brands whilst delivering success through the funnel is paramount.Essential to success will be the relationships built with the Media Buying team, Data and Analytics team, and ZURU Toys brand teams to ensure all campaigns ladder up and deliver on business objectives.This role presents an incredible and unique opportunity to grow, learn and make an impact within a fast-paced future-thinking global company.Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage media planning for assigned brands within the ZURU Toys portfolio (subject to change based on business needs), ensuring strategies are insight-driven, effective, and aligned with brand objectives. Have a good understanding your brands and customer behaviours so that campaigns are rolled out effectively in multiple markets Build relationships with Media Buying, Data, Global and Local teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and consistency in execution. Adopt a test-and-learn mindset to explore new opportunities across platforms, audience frameworks, and content approaches that enhance overall media performance. Collaborate closely with tech partners to identify new capabilities and drive continuous improvement in campaign planning and measurement. Support the evolution of the reporting structure and cadence delivered at a global level Build relationships with key stakeholders to develop and feed insights back into the business to enable ZURU Group to level up their approach to media and strategy Support the training the agenda for a cohesive ZURU Toys Media and Marketing team flow for optimum collaboration both locally and internationally, leveraging partners to build the knowledge base of wider marketing teams Skills & Experience2+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing or Media Experience working with Google TikTok and Meta ads products is optimal Openness to listen, learn and adapt to always do better Comfortable sharing opinions in a productive manner Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritise, stay organised, and manage time effectively Thrive in a fast-paced environment Display bias to action, moving from an insight to execution as quickly as possibleWillingness to take responsibility and accountable for the work of the team Always put the team first LIFE@ZURUAt ZURU, we have cultivated a high-performing culture that encourages excellence.
