Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Media Sales Executive to drive the adoption of our innovative Alpaka, AI-Powered TikTok Analytics Platform, Creator Marketplace, or Ad Optimization Tool.The primary focus of this role is selling this cutting-edge solution to brands, media agencies, and businesses looking to maximize their performance and impact on the TikTok platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital media sales, a deep passion for social media trends, and a strong understanding of the TikTok advertising and creator landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets, focusing specifically on clients interested in leveraging TikTok for marketing and advertising.Client Acquisition: Prospect, qualify, and close new business with media agencies, brand marketing teams, and in-house digital teams.Solution Selling: Become a subject matter expert on our Alpaka and articulate its value proposition clearly, demonstrating how it solves client challenges (e.g., maximizing ROAS, simplifying creator management, providing deeper audience insights).Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on TikTok strategy and performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to provide client feedback, inform product roadmaps, and ensure smooth client onboarding.Market Intelligence: Stay current with the latest TikTok features, algorithm changes, advertising formats, and creator economy trends.QualificationsMust-Haves:At least 2-3 years of experience in digital media sales, advertising technology (AdTech), B2C sales, or B2B sales within the digital ecosystem.Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, specifically selling high-value solutions to media agencies and direct advertisers.In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms, with a specific focus on TikTok's ad formats, campaign objectives, and creator ecosystem.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, capable of engaging key decision-makers.Highly Desired Qualifications (A Major Advantage)Candidates possessing the following experience will be given strong preference:Direct TikTok Experience: Prior employment directly with TikTok in a relevant capacity, such as:Agency & Brand Partnerships: Experience managing relationships with holding companies or major brand clients (e.g., as an Account Executive, Sales Manager, or Brand Partner).Creator/Ecosystem Team: Knowledge gained from working with the Creator Marketplace, Creator Solutions, or Influencer Marketing teams.Ad Operations/AdTech: Deep technical familiarity with TikTok's Ads Manager, API integrations, measurement solutions, and optimization tools.Established Network: An existing, demonstrable network of relevant contacts within major media agencies (specifically social planning/buying teams) or brand marketing/digital leadership currently investing heavily on TikTok.What We OfferCompetitive base salary and a lucrative, uncapped commission structure.Comprehensive health & medical benefits.Paid time off.Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge product solution in the fastest-growing social media space.A dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment.
