About the RoleAs Senior Marketing Executive at The Flow Studio, you’ll be the driving force behind campaigns that blend creativity, strategy, and storytelling to elevate our brand, grow our client base, and deepen community engagement. You'll lead projects end-to-end — from campaign ideation to execution, across digital and offline channels — and play a key role in scaling one of Southeast Asia’s most iconic boutique fitness brands.This is a hands-on role for a high-performing marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves all things wellness, and is excited to create content and campaigns that don’t just sell classes — but a lifestyle.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & Growth MarketingOwn and execute seasonal campaigns, launch promotions, studio events, and partnershipsWork closely with Studio Ops and instructors to drive attendance, upsells, and retentionDevelop full-funnel strategies across paid and organic channels (Meta, Google, email, WhatsApp)Monitor campaign ROI and conversion metrics; report learnings and optimise for growthContent & Social MediaPlan and produce content for social media channelsCoordinate filming days, liaise with creators/instructors for UGCWrite engaging, brand-aligned copy that balances authority and witMaintain a dynamic content calendar across Singapore and Malaysia Brand Partnerships & ActivationsSupport planning and execution of collaborations with brands or KOLsIdeate and oversee marketing strategy for eventsCRM, Email & WhatsApp MarketingDevelop, schedule and optimise weekly email campaigns (e.g., class launches, promos, lifestyle content)Build automated flows and trigger campaigns based on user behaviour (welcome, inactive, retention)Manage WhatsApp Business broadcast strategy and community groupsReporting & StrategyTrack KPIs: follower growth, content engagement, conversion rates, promo performancePresent post-campaign reports with insights, benchmarks, and next stepsResearch industry trends and competitor benchmarks Must-Haves3–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in wellness, retail, lifestyle or F&B)Strong content and campaign management skills, with a solid understanding of digital marketing funnelsConfident copywriter with a sharp eye for design and branding consistencyGraphic design ability is a plus Able to manage multiple projects and timelines across teams and studiosPassion for wellness, boutique fitness, or lifestyle brands
