You will work directly with frontier AI teams to design, evaluate, and refine tasks that train models in complex medical domains, spanning molecular biology, genetics, imaging, novel therapeutics, robotics, rare diseases, and other cutting-edge areas.Key Responsibilities:Guide AI research teams to close knowledge gaps and enhance model reasoning in your specialtyDevelop annotation standards, evaluation frameworks, and high-rigor clinical rubricsDesign domain-specific tasks and create gold-standard solutionsReview AI-generated outputs, providing structured feedback to ensure accuracy and reliabilityCollaborate across disciplines to maintain consistency and depth in training datasetsQualifications / Skills Required:MD or DO from a reputable institution, or PhD actively conducting research in a relevant field10+ years of post-training clinical practice or research experience in a frontier specialityLeadership or advanced expertise in your sub-specialty, with strong research or domain contributionsExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAdditional Details:Long-term engagement: 6–12 monthsFlexible weekly commitment: 10–40 hoursParticipate in 2–5 calibration or coordination calls with research teams per weekDirectly influence the development of high-impact medical AI systemsApply Now!
