Doctor and AdministratorLocation: Rivers stateEmployment Type: Full-TimeResponsibilitiesSupervising daily administrative operationsMonitoring expenses and suggesting cost-effective solutionsCreating quarterly and annual budgetsTo be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of all administrative hospital procedures, from creating work schedules and communicating with doctors to budgeting and maintaining supplies stock.You will use your organizational and leadership skills to supervise employees and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for making sure our hospital operations run smoothly.Supervise daily administrative operationsMonitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternativesCreate quarterly and annual budgetsDevelop and implement effective policies for all operational proceduresPrepare work schedulesMaintain organized medical and employee recordsMonitor administrative staff’s performanceTrain new employees and provide supportEnsure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office suppliesResolve potential issues with patientsStay up-to-date with healthcare regulationsRequirementsB.sc Degree in medical sciences or related fieldBackground as a Medical Doctor in a hospitalOver 5 years relevant work experience preferably in the health sector, three (2) years of which must have been spent at managerial level.Knowledge of the Microsoft office packageExcellent communication, business presentation and people management skills.Solid understanding of healthcare procedures and regulationsFamiliarity with medical transcriptionExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to supervise and train team membersProblem-solving attitude.Salary RangeNGN 300,000 - 400,000Method of ApplicationInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to: jobs@choicetalents.com.ng using the Job Title as the subject of the email.
